ECGA partners with Benchmark to promote Giga Europe 2026

Join government, industry and finance at Giga Europe 2026 on 11–12 March 2026 at Autoworld, Brussels, to chart a course for Europe’s EV battery ecosystem.

This year’s programme will feature speakers from across the value chain, including CATL, the European Commission, Glencore, Rio Tinto, Toyota Motor Europe and Honda Motor Europe, among others.

Attendees will benefit from in-depth sessions covering:

1. Strengthening Europe’s critical mineral supply chains through policy initiatives, including the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA) and the RESourceEU Action Plan.

2. Protecting supply chains from geopolitical risk, geo-economic fragmentation and resource nationalism.

3. Scaling Europe’s battery production through industrial policy, such as the EU Battery Booster, to attract investment, cut costs and compete globally.

4. Strengthening Europe’s circular economy amid recycling investment challenges, guided by the EU Battery Regulation and the forthcoming Circular Economy Act.

5. Aligning EV and charging industrial policy with demand realities to bolster competitiveness while meeting 2035 emissions targets.
